Developed specifically for condominiums and customized for those managed by CMPremium, the system assists the manager and facilitates transparent access to features* such as:
- view open charges for your unit and obtain the 2nd copy of bills (with automatic recalculation of fines and interest);
- access the digital accounting book with all information about financial transactions carried out by the condominium;
- consult the financial balance (of the reserve fund and/or the main account), the monthly statement and the report of the financial flow of income/expenses and the notes and receipts of all accounts paid by the condominium;
- access the maintenance control and the condominium equity report;
- make reservations and check availability of common spaces/services;
- access official documents of the condominium (such as meeting minutes, convention, insurance policies or accountability documents);
