Supreme Council for Family Affairs
Recognizing the importance of building a cohesive and stable family that cherishes its identity and culture and the need to help the family shoulder its evolving roles and responsibilities, as well as to contribute to the implementation of community development plans, the Sharjah Supreme Council for Family Affairs was founded based on Emiri Decree No. (24) of 2000, and consists of departments operating in the field of social and cultural development, family protection, care, and rehabilitation of its members.
App Description
SCFA Connect is a mobile app built to facilitate mobility for all the Employees of Human Resource related services in the Supreme Council for Family Affairs. It helps the Employees in executing the operations listed below.
App Function
• Authenticate the user with User Credentials
• Mobile App will share the details of all the Employees in their respective departments.
• Employees can Mark Attendance, Raise Leaves, etc .. with the Mobile App
• Employee can also review the historic records for the Attendance and Leaves
• Employees can raise helpdesk query and see the status in the Mobile App
• Employees can raise Meeting Attendance from the mobile and see the history for the same.
Information Managed
• SCFA Connect collects geolocation coordinates and the photo of the person who marks the attendance during the process of marking attendance.
• All Access to the system will allow for users who have authenticated successfully
