The System

The System application has been designed to provide an online video consultation platform which is highly user friendly, simple and convenient both for patients and doctors. Anyone shall be able to register/ enroll into it within a minute and get going. The app is made easy-to-use so that people can access it using readily available and user-friendly video calling facility and payment gateways. The app shall provide one-to-one interaction to patients with a planned broad base of doctors. The patients shall be able to consult the doctor of their choice from a pool of doctors of various specialties from the comfort of their home, while avoiding unwanted exposure to pathogens. The app shall provide access to doctors of both public and private institutions. The app shall help in managing backup of investigations records, follow-ups etc. Additionally, both doctors and patients shall be provided with service providers at individual level for a better service and to resolve issues in a timely manner.
