This consolidated version of the Constitution takes into account amendments up to the Constitutional Reform of 1994 that was approved on August 24, 1994, and entered into force on January 11, 1995, one day after its publication on January 10, 1995, in the Boletín Oficial de la República Argentina by means of Law No. 24.430 of January 3, 1995.
