Appointments are useless in Indianapolis. Loaders accept bribes to load others ahead of you while you literally wait hours beyond your scheduled appointment time. What is the point of scheduling when they do as they please. They also all go to lunch at the same time for an hour. Indianapolis needs some adult supervision.
