PostService SRL manages the correspondence of Acquedotto Pugliese.
The AQP Correspondence APP has been released for AQP customers, which provides for communication with users.
The user, logging in using two access keys (tax code + customer code) communicates directly with the PostService SRL call center and can:
- request the delivery status of incoming correspondence (consumption invoices, work estimates, installments, contractual packages, various communications
- request the return of unsolicited or in-stock packages
- check the delivery status + historical deliveries made in the last months
- find the address where the package in storage is deposited with the relative contacts
Furthermore, it is possible to make a complaint or report a non-delivery by:
- Sending an email
- Toll free call center: 800.647.110
To communicate
- its geographical position to simplify the delivery activities
- any electronic address (telephone, mobile or email)
