It was created after seeing the need of the great majority who did not have access to credit and savings, so that after being formed in fact it became a private law, founded under the scheme of "Your growth is our commitment" founded by 15 people, including professionals and employees from the private sector. Voluntarily joining together to address their common socio-economic needs and aspirations, through a jointly owned and dramatically controlled company, whose main activities would focus on savings and credit.
