About RepCalc

Want to know how much you can lift? Use RepCalc. Knowing how many times you lift a submaximal load enables RepCalc to estimate your 1 repetition maximum. Actually, there's more. Enter the load you lifted and the number of times you lifted it and RepCalc will estimate the maximum load you can lift for any number of reps between 1 and 15. So it can estimate your 1RM, your 5RM, or your 10RM, etc. But wait - there's more! RepCalc also includes a percentage table so you can estimate a percent of any of your RM values. Type in the load and reps and RepCalc will list your estimated maxes as well as any percentage from 1 to 120% (that is a 20% overload, if needed). RepCalc also switches easily between pounds and kilograms - a simple weight units converter. RepCalc is completely free - and there are no ads.
