Users who have changed their personal card due to loss, theft, deterioration or expiration, may charge the 2 return trips on their current card.
The beneficiaries of this measure are all users who have purchased a multi-trip ticket (10 trips) from the CRTM from January 1 to 31, 2023, by any means of purchase, and regardless of the total number of tickets purchased.
The return period begins on June 26, 2023 and ends on October 31, 2023.
