INFUSION RECORD
The Hizentra app makes it easy for you to record your infusions. Simply scan the QR code with your device's camera and record details such as infusion sites. With the scan it will automatically display the date, time, lot number, expiration date, form type and form size.
FOLLOW-UP
With the Hizentra app, each infusion you record becomes a digital record in your therapy history, which you can review and edit at any time. You can filter your records by date or search by lot number or keywords from your previous infusions. The Hizentra app allows you to share your infusion data in PDF format.
DATA
With your consent, the Hizentra app will store your data in a secure cloud, back up your infusion history, and sync it between your devices. If you currently have MyHizentraTM Infusion Manager on your device, you can migrate your previously registered infusions to avoid losing your data. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING: Thrombosis (blood clots) may occur with immunoglobulin products, including Hizentra. Risk factors may include: advanced age, prolonged immobilization, history of blood coagulation or hyperviscosity (blood thickness), estrogen use, vascular catheters installed, and cardiovascular risk factors.
If you are at high risk of blood clots, your doctor will prescribe Hizentra at the lowest practicable dose and infusion rate and monitor for signs of coagulation and hyperviscosity events. Always drink enough fluids before infusing Hizentra.
