STARS Intake allows you to immediately enter claims and incidents from wherever you may be.

STARS Intake provides secure mobile access to STARS Enterprise and is available to clients in the Community Cloud as well as those self-hosting their implementation. It is compatible with version 14 and higher.

With STARS Intake you can:
- Enter new claims and incidents
- Select an existing record from STARS to populate fields on the claim/incident (such as employee or patient records)
- Create notes attached to the claim/incident
- Attach photos to the claim/incident
- Trigger events to occur after submission of the claim/incident
