Kegel Weights App includes instructions about how to insert the Joy ON Kegel Weights, how to make sure that you are using the correct muscles, how to wash the weights and more useful information!

The app has a visual and intuitive calendar where you can easily save your trainings with just 1 click! Also, you can add notes for each one of your trainings. Another cool feature is that you can schedule future trainings and set reminders so you don’t forget your training, this way it will be easier to achieve your goals of having a healthy pelvic floor.
----Select the weight, Set the time & Train ----
As easy as it sounds! Choose between the 7 weights and set the training time in the timer or use the stopwatch to count the time. Once you are done with the training, you can save it in the calendar with useful comments or notes.
---- Summary with your Records and Trainings ----
Kegel Weights App includes a summary screen with the numbers of trainings and training time of the past 7, 15, 30, 60 and 90 days!
Also, on the same screen, you can see the heaviest weight that you used and the lightest one.
---- Discretion & Privacy -----
You can set up a pattern to unlock the Kegel Weights App so if any other person uses your phone they will need to unlock the App in order to see what’s inside.
