The Cuure app’s interface is frustrating and poorly designed. Key features, like loyalty point conversions, lack clarity, leading to mistakes that could easily be avoided. The inconsistent design feels misleading and intentional almost as if it’s designed to stop users from maximizing their rewards. This kind of experience undermines trust—Cuure needs to fix its UI and focus on transparency to provide a better user experience.

Up to now I had no problems with the app however, recently I have been unable to login & had to reinstall. At the time of writing this review I haven't reinstalled it yet so I don't know if it's any better. I do use yhe supplements & I dod write to Cuure to ask what they meant by renewable when referring to the length of time you should take a vitamin. I was referred back to the original list that had confused me!
