MovereX is a tool for you as prescribed physical activity for a healthier life. You may have a physical activity on prescription - Can ™ or otherwise given an exercise program to follow. You are not alone in this lifestyle change, your coach will support you through the process and monitor your progress.

How does it work?
MovereX will get your pulse from your activity strap or chest strap. Your exercise program will determine the pulse level required for you to be considered physically active. Do you have a sufficiently high heart rate for at least ten minutes, you will collect activity minutes. Your exercise program determines how many minutes you need per week. General guidance on physical activity, visit the following link: http://www.fyss.se/rekommendationer-for-fysisk-aktivitet/. When you collect activity minutes, your coach, track your progress and send you messages.
To use MovereX ...
..probably need an activity bracelet with continuous heart rate or a heart rate monitor, MovereX will connect to the band via Bluetooth. If you have problems connecting your band, please contact your coach or Cybercom support the app.
You also need to have a training program registered by a coach. Did you miss an exercise to seek medical advice, occupational health, or your local gym. You can also contact Cybercom Support: moverex-support@g.cybercom.com
