Budaya mempersulit masih melekat kuat birokasi pemerintah. Seharusnya adanya digitalisasi memperbaiki kelemahan dan mempermudah. Kenyataannya sampai sekarang BUMN TERBESAR di Indonesia ini masih tidak bisa memberikan kemudahan. Sistem pelayanan Masyarakat untuk subsidi saja masih sangat rumit dan tidak jelas. Saya tantang pekerja Pertamina untuk coba akses daftar jika mereka menolak salah. Sudah jelas datannya ada, pakai verifikasi KTP saja masih ditolak terus. bagaimana dengan rakyat kecil?

Real horror when this app asked for account integration with fuel subsidy data. Without privacy assurance of the subsidy data containing unique citizen and phone numbers, let alone a fuel app that offers very little incentive for loyal customers.
