Lucia Pafundi born in Potenza on 26/1/1957 but raised and lived in Rome.
Graduated from the Liceo Artistico Via Casal De Merode in Rome. He also obtained the following training courses: Diploma of 1st level chorographic team master, at the National Rehabilitative Sports Center of Rome, center recognized by CONI - Three-year training diploma of Shiatsu operator at the IGEA art health school in Rome - certificate of Danzamovimentoterapia, at the training school in danzomovimentoterapia expression and relationship in Rome.
From 1978 to 1999 she moved to Bologna where she worked as at important national companies, and at the former Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. He combines his work with a passion for art by participating in some local art events. In 1986 he took part in the 3rd national painting competition organized by the Municipality of Castel Maggiore and obtained the participation diploma and medal of merit in the "various artistic expressions" section
In 1990 he returned to Rome to work at the Ministry of the Environment.
Although his work activity has not been consistent with his studies, he has always cultivated his passion for art by carving out significant spaces to be able to materialize his works.
Retired in 2021, he was able to fully realize his dream and his passion of being able to devote all his time to art, also participating in numerous exhibitions at various art galleries in Rome and in other local events.

As Aristotle said, the purpose of art is not to represent the external appearance of things, but their internal meaning. I believe that art is the ideal place for those who want to elevate themselves and painting is growth for the soul."
