I have been trying repeatedly to send money to my Telebirr wallet and to another account, but your platform completely fails to process the transactions. This has been nothing but a waste of my time and patience. Your system is unreliable and clearly not working as it should. I also contacted your customer service, hoping for support, but they were useless and unprofessional. They showed zero interest in actually solving the problem and offered no meaningful help at all.👎👎👎
