The client (dealer) in the personal account performs the following tasks:
Browse company product catalog with search function;
Formation of baskets of goods with subsequent placing orders and transferring them to 1C;
Work with the list of orders: confirmation, cancellation, viewing orders. Shipping documents from 1C by order;
Correspondence with a personal manager for general issues, orders of goods, requests for additional services;
Manage the profile of the current user;
Reading news for company customers.
On the main screen, the dealer of the company sees a block with the current status of settlements, information about the personal manager, active orders of goods, the latest company news. In the product catalog, the client navigates through the tree-like classifier of the company's products with a search by sections and products by name or article, adds the product to the basket selected by him. A dealer in your account can have several baskets in which he collects orders for different end customers. In the personal account the dealer sees orders, not only issued by him, but also executed by his personal manager in 1C.
A user with the role of the Manager company in the mobile application is in correspondence with the company's customers on general issues, on orders for the goods of their customers, as well as on their requests for additional services. A complete list of clients, the personal user of which is the current user, allows the manager to always be in touch with his clients. Correspondence of a personal manager with a client avoids controversial moments, and also allows company management to control the manager’s work with their clients
A user of a mobile application with the role “Driver” performs the task of delivering orders to customers of the company. In the mobile application, he sees his route sheets for several days ahead, which allows him to plan his work more efficiently. Deliveries in the route list are arranged in strict order by the company's logistician. The mark on the delivery is transmitted to the server of your personal account and then to the 1C of the company, the client in the next order in the delivery is notified that he will soon receive his order.
For each delivery, the driver can perform several functions: build a route to the delivery address, contact the customer, see shipping documents, attach one or more photos, mark the fact that delivery began to be unloaded, and close delivery as completed.
