CARF was born in 1989, and mainly helps the formation of priests and seminarians at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross (PUSC), in the Faculties of Ecclesiastical Studies at the University of Navarra (UN) and Schools International Ecclesiastic (Sedes Sapientiae and bidasoa). It contributes to the implementation and maintenance of the centers where these lessons are taught, and the Priestly Colleges and convictorios where they live most of the students.
