It is a tool that facilitates the work of the teaching staff of the National Learning Institute (INA), for the application of the safety diagnosis in food companies. Therefore, it is for the exclusive use of INA Food Industry teaching staff.
With this mobile application, the teachers who will visit the food processing companies will be able to carry out the safety diagnosis, entering the evaluation values directly in the tool in order to obtain the results of the evaluation in real time. To do this, you must have an internet connection on the mobile device; however, if you do not have internet access, the application will allow you to include the values entered in the evaluation and temporarily save them on the device, and then upload them automatically when you refresh the screen when you have an internet connection again.
To access the application, the teacher will enter with the same username and password used to enter the institutional email.
The application has the following sections:
- Companies: In this module you can review and correct the general information provided by the company to be evaluated.
- List of companies: It will allow viewing the list of companies assigned to the teacher for evaluation.
- Diagnosis Tool: This space shows the safety diagnosis tool with all its sections, paragraphs and items, where the teacher can activate or deactivate them as required. This module is where the teacher will include the values or scores of the safety diagnosis.
- Report: It will show the results of the evaluation, that is, the scores obtained and also the graphed results, according to the evaluation carried out.
- Type of Service: The application also has an area where you can indicate the type of service that is being provided and correct it if necessary.
- Recommendations: Shows a schedule with the opportunities for improvement and recommendations that the company must make. At the same time, it allows uploading images as evidence of what is observed and related to each item evaluated. It also has a space to write observations, recommendations or opportunities for improvement that are not included as frequent in the tool and will allow them to be corrected if necessary.
