TATWAM came into existence in early 2014. It began as a tool to fight exploitation of farmers by the middlemen in the Pavi-Jetpur block at Gujarat - Madhya Pradesh border. Celebrated for its Adivasi (Tribal) heritage, the region also held dubious distinction as the hotbed for farmer suicides. income for farmers to support their families.
