The Javieradas are pilgrimages to the cradle of the Patron Saint of the Missions, San Francisco Javier.
They are called by the Archbishop of Pamplona and Tudela, and their management falls to the Delegation of Missions. These pilgrimages are celebrated during the Novena of Grace to San Francisco Javier from March 4 to 12. The first Javierada coincides with the first Sunday between 4 and 12 and the second Javierada, the following Saturday.
