I cannot log in and the contact support button doesn't work either. Am clicking on forgot password, and there are no reset password mail in my inbox or spam folder as well. Pls help me on this as this is urgent.

one of the worst applications I've used so far. I have been facing login issues for the past 3 weeks and support is a joke. They really couldn't figure out what's going on and asked me to wait till their technical team reaches out in 24 hours, I haven't heard from them in over two weeks. Update: They finally called after seeing this review and asked for screen recording. Sent it twice but nothing, the issue still persists even though their technical team already claimed that the issue is fixed
