The Innodation Pre-Alert is a mobile application that will be used to send warning information to the population based on the messages received from the latter. All its actions will be done through the following features:
✓ Sends a message on the water level observed in the locality concerned by pressing the color of the corresponding tag followed by a brief but not mandatory comment which can be in the form of a text or an audio or a photo;

✓ A part is reserved for information about residents of the Ouéme delta;
