About UNMS Musei
The UNMS Museums app is the result of a project which aims to create digital tools capable of giving members of the National Union of Mutilated for Service the opportunity to visit, albeit in virtual form, twenty museums representing the twenty Italian regions. The project has a dual objective:
- enhance interesting but lesser-known museums
- give a wide audience of people with mobility problems the opportunity to learn about museums that tell the story and traditions of our country
For each region, a characteristic museum was selected among those that joined the project. With the material provided by the various museums, videos lasting approximately 10 minutes were created in which a narrator, in addition to facilitating the usability of consulting the material, creates empathy with the visitor in an attempt to give maximum enjoyment of this cultural and artistic space by making him travel both with memory, thanks to the memories of pleasant slices of life from past years, and with the imagination, thanks to the sensations of escape that it intends to convey.
