The Week is by far the best weekly news source I have come across. Not just news but succinct articles on a diverse range of fascinating subjects. Educational, entertaining and up to date. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I have spent weeks trying to get Customer Service to understand & fix the missing notifications issue with this app. I have notifications enabled in android settings but get a blue spinning wheel of doom using Customise Notifications option in the app. I only get notifications for the morning report not other content. This is on both my phone & tablet. I've subscribed for over 25 years. Print copy always delivered late and digital content not fit for purpose. Shocking support for premium cost.

i am sure the week used to have a balanced review, everything seems to be copy pasted from the guardian, and everyone is far right.

If I could give no stars I would. support utterly useless and incapable of fixing this issue. Not receiving notifications for the Evening Review and get the spinning circle of doom when trying to set "My notifications" in app. Notifications are enabled within android settings and have tried the usual uninstall/reboot etc. Support seems unable/unwilling to fix

The Week magazine has been well authored; as a consequence, articles are sensitising and therefore one becomes accustomed to English.

Used to be good but now has a pointless thumbnail of the whole page in the bottom of the screen meaning you can't read the last few lines of each page. and although I download the issues, they disappear in aeroplane mode and the app freezes.

Useful for when my physical copy doesn't show up in the post. But a really annoying thing about this app is the thumbnail that is constantly present at the bottom right of the screen, obscuring the text behind it. There is a gap under the thumbnail, allowing one line of text to be seen, so the full article is readable, but its presence is still annoying. Surely it wouldn't be difficult to have it so you could scroll the text further up beyond this thumbnail . Or just get rid of the thumbnail.

love the app I have a hard time reading so it's so much easier listening to the articles I'm mostly blind in one eye
