HOW TO BE A DESEOS GENIE?
Visit www.deseosapp.com and fill out the form as a driver/rider. Our team will get in touch with you to check eligibility requirements and in a few simple steps register you as DESEOS GENIE.
PICK-UPS & DELIVERY SERVICE
As a Genie, you will receive a private registered account access on the DESEOS GENIE APP, where you can receive orders, view maps that guide you from pick-up to drop point easily. When an order is placed by a customer & accepted by the restaurant, store, business, you will receive a notification to accept the order if you are working during those hours & are within five to seven kilometers of the pick-up and drop off locations.
ONLINE/OFFLINE MODE
Make time for yourself & your loved ones. The Online/Offline button gives you the freedom to disconnect when you want & make time for other things that give you joy. Work-life balance is the key at DESEOS & we want our GENIES to take care of themselves and truly enjoy when they are Online or Offline.
PAYOUTS
Payouts are done every Thursday. You can choose a monthly payout plan as well in case you choose to work full time.
RATINGS & REVIEWS
Ratings & reviews help us to better our performance so our customers, our partners, & our genies are happy and continue being so. After each pick-up & delivery, you will receive a rating that measures your performance as a DESEOS GENIE. Ask about our 5-star rating earning plan to know how much you earn for each smile you bring upon delivering successfully to our customers.
TYPE OF VEHICLES
You can become a DESEOS GENIE by registering officially with one or more vehicles that can be a bicycle, e-bike, mountain bike, scooter, motorbike, quad, or car. A standard driving or motor license would be needed for GENIES using motored vehicles, except for those delivering in city areas like Corralejo and using a bicycle, e-bike, or mountain bike.
SERVICE AREAS
DESEOS is currently delivering in the north of the island starting with Corralejo, Tamaragua, Lajares, Villaverde, El Cotillo & La Oliva. If you are living on part of the island where our delivery is not yet active, simply let us know and we will list you for the next upcoming locations.
