Itilium + Native mobile application (beta)
We are glad to present you the beta version of the mobile application "Itilium + Native" and invite you to take part in its testing.
Active users of "Itilium +" can try the new native application in action. You do not need to delete the current application for this: the beta version is installed separately and does not interfere with the work of the main application.
The mobile application is designed for Service Desk engineers. Relevant for specialists with a traveling nature of work. The main functionality is to manage orders without being tied to the workplace.
The mobile application works in conjunction with the Itilium system version 4.6.1.3 and higher.
Attention! We want to make the Itilium + Native application the most convenient tool for Service Desk engineers. And we look forward to your expert help. The beta version is a platform for testing a new, more user-friendly application interface. We invite experienced users to take part in the testing and look forward to hearing from you - both about what you like and about bugs and problems. The response can be sent directly through the application menu or by email info@itilium.ru
