Detox

Detox was developed at the VNHC to help migraine sensitive people control their painkiller use. Every day you will be asked how you feel and whether or not you have been on medication to gain a clear insight into the results that are being achieved. During this check-in, you will also have the opportunity to share it with your buddies so that they are notified and have the opportunity to respond.

You can set up different buddies who can support you during the detox process. These buddies can also respond to your check-in if you want.

There is also a community forum in the Detox app to exchange tips and ideas with other Detoxers to make the detox process easier.
