My UBB contains a set of functionalities for the officials of the Universidad del Bío-Bío in Chile. These will allow you to perform different tasks in daily use, among which are:
- Record Attendances
- Meeting minutes
- Issue informative alerts to the UBB community
- Report emergencies within the University, among others.
- Review academic information regarding the Transfer and Licensing Office
- Manage loans in Library
- Access unique key in UBB Pass
- Student Assistance
Due to the current contingency, the Covid-19 module was incorporated, which is validated by the corresponding health authority and is intended to carry out the registration of the officials who enter the university facilities through QR code reading (classrooms, laboratories, libraries or offices), together with geo-location as a means of verification. The foregoing, in order to detect close contacts in the event of declared positive cases (traceability), which can be reported through the application.
