Recruit-Me is a Mobile based recruitment application that will focus on recruiting for the service and contact Centre industry. These positions normally get filled by placing multiple resources at one time with short notice and this app will cater for shortening the screening process by using Voice Notes and Short Videos in the application process. Applicants will be able to download the Mobile App from a link posted on the job advertisement and register his individual profile. Administrators will list job openings on which the Applicant can apply through Recruit-Me. Applicants will then leave short voice and/or video message that can be viewed by Job listers. Approved applicants will log a interview time by selecting time slots provided by the Job listers.
