The casaBEACON app runs in the background and notifies users when online information is available for a nearby real estate listing (within 300 feet or 100 meters). Users simply click the notification to view listing details within their Smartphone or Tablet. The notification results from reception of a beacon that is broadcast from casaBEACON compatible Real Estate signs.
