SMART-WAN is an internal application of the Medan City Regional People's Leadership Council which functions to view and communicate between members of the Council and Council Staff.
SMART-WAN is an application that facilitates the services of the Medan City DPRD Secretariat to the Leaders and Members of the Medan City DPRD in carrying out their routine duties and functions, so as to speed up service to the community.

5. Documentation of activities in the form of audio-visual,

7. Medan City Legal Products,
8. e-SPPD,
9. e-Follow Up,
10. Absence,
However, in the future, additional features will be developed.
