If you are a freight driver, whether you are delivering or picking up units from a DFDS terminal, you can check the status of your booking to keep your waiting time at the terminal to a minimum. DFDS(go Nordic) has lot of problems but compared to price, things are considerable. But one bad experience during dinner where forcefully charged 1 extra water bottle by threatening the hidden conditions that they can charge way more than that was super bad. Note: No free water during dinner.

this DFDS app doesn't show up current offers. Their web page is currently displaying 50% off mini cruises that you can book but the app only gives full price crossing costs unless you have an offer code. Personally I would have expected the app to be up-to-date with regard dfds offers and costs and have given me a comparable price or shown the offer ? uninstalled as a waste of time and certainly does not help a customer obtain a good price.

Provides same information you can get on the website. I think it just opens their website through "app". Useless.

Disgusting. This app uses price anchoring, price manipulation and urgency tactics to get more money from you. I wouldn't advise it under any circumstances. There are far better ferry operators out there, trust me.
