The prime function of this app is to let our customers interact with us. In this phase, we are provided basic functions like enquiry about a new solar PV system with their specific details, booking service and, raising a complaint.
Our supervisors and admins can track all the notifications generated by the customers and revert to the respective customer ASAP. Moreover, this organised system will increase our follow-ups on one to one basis.
The major parts and their functions of the app are as follows.
• Home Page:
• There will be general information about the solar PV system along with the company details.
• Different offers for exclusive app users from time to time, depending on the market and as per management.
• Requests (data entry format is the same in all 3 categories):
• Service – to book a service for regular check-ups/maintenance of the system. Or in the event of a fault. Some basic information will be requested from the customer to fill in.
• Complaint – to let the admin and the supervisors know about any kind of misbehaving activity from our staff, false or unethical installation practice on the site. Post-installation service experiences.
• Enquiry – for our new or existing customers and their requirements for Solar PV Rooftop systems.
• Profile: Basic user information like Name and address. Later this information will be used to create a detailed quotation.
NOTE: This app will have new updates and added features in the next development phases.
