2D-Origin App reads the 2D-Origin and 2D-Doc code, controls signature and displays certified information.
The mobile application 2D-Origin (hereafter "the Application") allows you to read and decode the content of a 2D Code as well as to verify its integrity. This policy describes the use of your personal data carried out in the context of the use of the Application when you download and install it on your equipment.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing of personal data
Certigna is required to collect and process your personal data because you have downloaded the Application and wish to use its features. The purposes of this processing are the following:
1. Scan 2D Codes, read them, decode their content and verify their integrity; this processing involves determining the connection status of your equipment in order to verify the 2D Code via Certigna's servers as well as the verification of the 2D Code via Certigna's servers;
2. Share a 2D Code verification success message with one or more of your contacts, via other applications installed on your equipment;
3. Report an anomaly in a 2D Code via other applications installed on your equipment, to one or more of your contacts or to Certigna's technical service; this processing implies the storage on your equipment of any photos taken in order to report an anomaly;
4. 4. Enter the place where the photos were taken;
All processing of personal data related to the above-mentioned purposes is based on your consent, including access to the functionalities of your phone.
It is specified that your consent for purpose n°1 is necessary to use the Application.
Exercise of rights
Depending on the legal basis for the processing of your data, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, oppose (including the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing) or, if applicable, withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to the limitation and portability of your personal data.
You can exercise your right by contacting Certigna's Data Protection Officer (see "Contact details of Certigna's DPO"). Your request must indicate your first and last name, e-mail or postal address and be signed. In case of doubt, we may ask you to send us a copy of a valid proof of identity.
If, after having contacted our DPO, you believe that your rights have not been respected, you can send a complaint online or by post to the CNIL.
