Thanks to the continuous development of our company, we have developed a simple and universal data collection software application for Android 4.0 and above. The program provides the ability to collect standalone data, but as an extra feature, cloud-based warehouse software can be an integral part of our software, either online or offline. It can provide an excellent solution for applications where large amounts of data are to be collected quickly and will be supplemented by post-processing.
One such use may be, for example, when large quantities of goods arrive at the warehouse or at the point of receipt.
You can then categorize the device by collecting the required data, such as barcode, quantity, price, or comment, by holding the device in hand.
Of course, the device provides the option, depending on the individual collectors, to enable and disable the four basic data. If you don't need a price and a comment in your preferences, you can simply turn these options on or off.
Simplicity, speed and innovation
From the initial stage of development, we have designed the program as simply as possible so that less skilled colleagues can easily and easily use it. With a clear and transparent modern, so-called Material Design Elements, the interface is designed to keep the software handy in bright light.
In addition to all these design considerations, we have targeted critical applications. During the development of the software, we carried out continuous tests and interacted with our partners to find the best and fastest solutions.
Tests have shown that a 100-piece barcode with incoming shipments can be completely collected within 140-160 seconds.
Online and Offline Operation
The DigiCloud Android client software can also function as a standalone full-featured application in Offline mode, in which case we provide CSV files for export. Simply compile the data into the desired collection or collectors and later when you want to process it, just connect it to your computer and export the data.
In addition to the Offline solutions, we also provide online operation in conjunction with our DigiCloud cloud platform, transferring the data of a truck received in a few seconds.
All you need to do is provide API access to the cloud platform on your Android client and you already have communication.
