Mobile application for logistics and cargo distribution. Operations and trips are created from the web application and then assign a trip manager and notify it. The trip manager is responsible for reporting through the mobile app the states (Start of trip, Arrival to site, Start, End and Close of trip) and events (Delays, Frequently asked questions, Extra vehicles, Extra people and Overnight stays) that may occur during the trip, since these events affect the cost of the service. The application has an intuitive and friendly interface, similar to WhatsApp, so that the process of reporting status and events flows smoothly and both those responsible and the client receive notifications of these events of interest in real time, even in offline mode in case that the driver loses the telephone signal on the way. Detailed reports of the trip are generated plus a photographic report of all the events that have occurred with the exact time and location. The solution places strong emphasis on the organizational objectives of LOGRA S.A. and the needs of the end user.
