The process of post-acceleration speeds up Partners function by semi-cycles, and for each cycle are chosen to four companies by city. At start-ups will be offered financial resources and to support growth of the company (mentoring, advice and services in areas such as legal, accounting, technology and marketing, for example).
The provision of financial resources granted by the accelerator follow the convertible loan agreement template or the issue of serial convertible debentures linked to the fulfillment of quarterly targets. Each start-up, in turn, need to develop an individual business plan and meet these goals, becoming thus eligible to receive the remaining investments releases. In the final months there will be graduation, during which time companies will have more visibility in the market through contacts and business roundtables with investors of domestic and international risk.
