used to be able to submit quality control/ damage reports directly in the app but then removed that from the help section and now I have to go directly to the website. otherwise it works decently but it's annoying I have to use multiple outlets to get the full customer experience.

dinnerly is fine unless there's a problem. this app doesn't have any way or reporting a problem, u need to log into their website & even then you might not even be able to contact a real human person, it's just a chatbot. it's obvious by the mistakes that are made that the workers are being rushed, not trained properly, or are underpaid & with the amount you are paying that's unacceptable. the upcharges on certain meats is also annoying & a little insulting as the meat is often subpar anyway.
