The application was made for the company GTP inženjering Belgrade, but it can be used by anyone who wants to have their own record of working hours and calculate the salary for a certain period.
The application consists of two parts: Parts for personal time records and salary calculation and Carnet.
In the section for personal records there are:
-Calendar where the number of hours at work and possible notes can be entered for the selected date
-Calculation in which the calculation period is chosen, which can be 15-day or as desired, and where the hourly rate, possible advance payment is taken, as well as the euro exchange rate in dinars.
-Statistics showing the number of hours for the selected year by months.
The carnet records the hours of a group of workers on a particular construction site or some other type of work. On this page, workers can be added or removed by entering their names and surnames. to the 15th or from the 16th to the end of the month, depending on which part of the month is the day for which the hours are kept.When the date passes to the 1st or 16th of the month the hours for the previous period are deleted, but only in the part where The list of workers is displayed. The hours for any worker for any period can be seen by entering in the calculation or calendar for each individual worker.
The application also has the option to import and export the database of both personal data and the entire carnet.
