1. When you make your user you will be able to include an emergency contact. If you need assistance on the street, who helps you will know who to call.
2. Log Book of medical data. So you can always carry your controls by hand.
3. Once registered, look for your friends or trusted people to add them to "Share my run" (this is done by clicking the 3 points to the right of your contact. This makes them always know when you are training and can follow you on direct.
4. In Activity you can tell us how often you want us to remind you to measure yourself and whether or not you want to be visible to your contacts in training.
5. Did you finish training? Challenge a friend to do the same task!
6. Save your workouts with labels to be able to chat with your doctor about the best active blood glucose / insulin strategy for the different stimuli of your activity.
7. Beat your brands! In Sportd we will tell you your best records and propose new challenges!
