BROKERAGE AGREEMENT AND OPENING A TRADING ACCOUNT
The customer may visit the main office of NBK Brokerage – Wasata at Boursa Kuwait premises or any of NBK Brokerage – Wasata branches located at the following branches of National Bank of Kuwait:
• Shamiya Branch
• South Surra Branch
• Andalus Branch
• Jahra Commercial Branch
• Fahaheel Coastal Branch
to complete the signature process of the brokerage agreement with the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
For Individual Accounts
• Civil ID or Passport
• Original General Power of Attorney (if any)
• Original Judicial Decision(if any)
• Trading Authorization and copy of Civil ID of the authorized trader (if any)
For Corporate Accounts
• Article and Memorandum of Association and implemented amendments (if any)
• Corporate License
• Commercial Registration
• Company’s Authorized Signatory list along with Specimen Signatures
• Civil ID of the Authorized Signatories
• Authorized Traders list along with Specimen Signatures
• Civil ID of the authorized traders
SERVICES
• NBK Brokerage – Wasata offers the service of selling and buying securities of companies listed in Boursa Kuwait.
• NBK Brokerage – Wasata offers the services of selling and buying securities of companies listed in the OTC market.
• Easy trading through specialized brokers and via more than 80 direct phones assigned for NBK Brokerage – Wasata clients.
• Providing the service of receiving, handing off and depositing Bank checks in the clients’ bank accounts.
• Providing the service of sending a summary of the client’s trading on daily basis by email, fax or by SMS after the closing of the trading session.
• NBK Brokerage – Wasata is unique in providing the trading service through the company branches spread in 6 locations in National Bank of Kuwait premises, where the company provides trading halls, granting the clients direct and easy trading with the privilege of real time quote of listed securities in Boursa Kuwait.
• The company's branches provide a service to deliver the statement of accounts issued by the Kuwait Clearing Company to customers.
