CarrierApp

CarrierApp runs in the background upon device start-up and attempts to configure your device to support a Dish provided cellular plan. Based on the device’s SIM card, CarrierApp may add the necessary Carrier Configuration Parameters like APNs, Brand Name, Wallpapers, and Carrier Privileges.

There is no UI (user interface) for this app, and you may uninstall it once its configuration is complete.
