About SIKHI

A dispute or conflict is a social problem that arises because of differences in views that occur in society and the state. Disputes or conflicts can also be interpreted as a dynamic process and its existence is more concerned with the perception of the person or party who experiences and feels it. Thus if a situation is not felt as a conflict, then basically the conflict does not exist and vice versa.

1. Communication problems are one of the causes of conflicts, which can occur in each or a combination of communication elements, namely the source of communication, messages, recipients of messages and channels.
2. Organizational structure is one of the causes of conflict, which can potentially lead to conflict. Each department or function in the organization has its own interests, goals and programs which are often different from the others.
3. Human factors are one of the causes of conflict, human nature is different from one another and also unique. This has the potential to cause conflict.

Likewise, Industrial Relations Disputes occur due to differences of opinion resulting in conflicts between employers or employers' associations with workers / laborers or Trade Unions / Labor Unions (SP / SB) due to disputes regarding rights, interests, layoffs and between SP / SB in one company.
Industrial Dispute Disputes often occur due to "communication bottlenecks" between stakeholders or stakeholders which ultimately leads to dissatisfaction of one of the parties causing conflicts / disputes such as strikes, demonstrations, and termination of employment.
