Khmer Writer is an application enables users to create their own content such as short stories, books, supported by audio and/or visual features, pictures, videos, made available for download after meeting criteria. The app will make it possible for individual authors to generate new content for Khmer Library app. Moderation by project staff and national writers associations in addition to annual competition will ensure highest quality.
