This app is for the benefit of employees at PLW patiala (Formerly DMW, Patiala) wherein the employees can raise complaints in departments of civil, electrical and personnel. The complaints raised can be tracked w.r.t the date of complaint issued, resolved, and reassigned. Employees can also track as to which artisan is going to work on their complaint. The app also provides provision for the employees to view, download and share their salary details, PF, form 16 and ACR. The app provides a provision to change and reset password if the same has been forgotten.
