This Mobile Application is for Community and Health Facility Level Case-Based Registration and Tracing of Visceral Leishmaniasis (VL) Patients in Bangladesh. Surveillance medical officers, UHC medical officers, designated treatment centres medical officers, persons in charge, program managers, frontline health workers will use the intuitive mobile applications. The users can insert cases, manage data through assessment, referring, and monitoring process. This application will address the gaps enabling the program managers at different levels to monitor the progress of patient identification, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up and take timely actions.

Refer: Refer the cases to UHC for a test or designated treatment center for patient treatment
