First, people need to stop spreading misinfo. Our HOA fees and taxes pay for this. It is NOT free. Second, TART must be content with the Downtowner's awful job cause it's been almost a year with no improvements. Issues that other reviewers have brought are STILL on-going years later. The only new thing is SOMETIMES they'll send a one-time text with waiting time update. Live in TD or Glenshire? Sux2bU, they have the worst wait times.

App sucks. internet disconnects so you can't get a ride, buses stop way too early, even getting a ride took us over an hour. Tahoe needs to seriously fix it's public transportation

Wonderful service , easy to get to Sand Harbor with our paddle boards, didn't have to worry about parking...easy shuttle home.
