Akif Mehmetoğlu, who was born in Azerbaijan in 1983, studied Bursa Işıklar Military High School between 1997-2001 and the Military Academy between 2001-2005.
Between 2005-2006, she studied at Middle East Technical University English Preparatory Department for 1 year.
Mehmetoğlu, who completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine between 2006-2012 and received the title of medical doctor, completed his specialty in the field of "Skin and Venereal Diseases" in Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2016 with the "Duration of Treatment of Psoriasis Patients" in 2016.
He is a member of the Turkish Dermatology Association, the European Association of Dermatology and Venerology.
